guys, for real. a rock has better social skills than me. i don’t quite understand how i am so incompetent, but perhaps someday i will learn. other things that have better social skills than me include (but are not limited to): carpet, popsicle sticks, desk chairs, and plastic bags.

i’m wearing a maxi skirt and a lace top with at least four inches of fringe. i haven’t brushed my hair in like a year, my eye make up is slathered on, and i’m wearing so many bracelets that you can hear me jingle from across the house.

i haven’t been able to do the things i like to do lately, and maybe that’s why i feel this way, but something about today just feels off. like people are ignoring me or something, even though i consciously know that 98% of people i like are most likely not ignoring me and i am just strangely needy today (albeit silently).

you may think your prom dress was the best, but mine was a halloween costume from hot topic.
no, for real.
it’s corset styled on top, sheen black with a charcoal filigree pattern, with cap sleeves and lace up to the back cut out. the skirt is black satin lined with three layers of tulle that have a scallop hem.

I LOVE AMERICA
so pumped to be home. it’s nice to be out of kind of a dorm room situation too. all the little things- like walking on carpet, having a bathroom i can move in, faucets that run gently, drawers to keep my things in- are so nice to have again. plus, i’ve been smothering my puppy with love (she is not very excited about this) and that’s the greatest.
