for those of you who are wildly busy, how do you handle it without getting drained? is there something you do that keeps life fun?
i’m so, so busy now and the only things i want to do are things that would make me even busier. my mom suggested yoga to give me a bit of a timed reprieve, but i feel like i need more than that. some kind of system, or something.
any help/answers would be much appreciated!
